Stir it until you reach a slightly thick consistency. To cook the tapioca, boil another cup of water and pour the tapioca. Occasionally stir the tapioca until it reaches a soft yet tender consistency. Set aside the caramelized sugar and tapioca. For the soft tofu, put it in a cup and heat it inside the microwave. After taking it out of the microwave, pour a tablespoon or two of caramelized sugar and tapioca. You can add more of the syrup and the tapioca based on your children’s preference.
