Food Trip Friday: Chefs’ Quarter

We had our office Christmas party at the function room of Chefs’ Quarter at SM Megamall last December 17, 2011. There were 14 of us in attendance, including our lady boss. We chose their A la Mezza Menu 2, which is good for 15 to 20 persons.

A la Mezza Set 2 consists of the following: Prawn Bisque (Soup), Tuna Nicoise Salad, Main Entrees (Seared Grouper in Tomato-Herb Sauce, Charcoal-grilled Pork Belly, Roasted Chicken Oriental, Chefs’ Quarter Steak and Salpicao Rice) and Brazo de Mercedez (Dessert).

Everything tasted great, but I particularly liked the Roasted Chicken Oriental; it was slightly sweet and flavorful. The Chefs’ Quarter Steak was tender and delicious, but I noticed there were more veggies than steak in the serving plates. The staff were also quite accommodating.

If you want good food, nice ambiance and friendly staff, I suggest you try Chefs’ Quarter.
