Pancit Canton Negra was one of the foods we ordered for lunch on our first day at Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort (Paradise Island) in Samal Island, Davao. This is pancit canton (with shrimps, squid and veggies) cooked in squid ink.

Hubby and I gave our thumbs up on this delightful treat for the following reasons: (1) The squid was tender and the veggies were crunchy, which means they were cooked just right. (2) The squid ink made this pancit canton colorful and flavorful. If you happen to visit Paradise Island, make sure you order their Pancit Canton Negra. I’m sure you’ll like it!
