Because it took me so long to finish my errands at Robinsons Galleria two weeks ago, I found myself having lunch at Adobo Connection, instead of at home, because I was already famished.

Out of curiosity, I ordered their Cheesy Chicken Adobo with unlimited rice. I did not choose the combo with a drink because I already bought buko juice at one of the nearby stalls prior to entering Adobo Connection. The Cheesy Chicken Adobo was generously sprinkled with cheese and was served with kropek chicharon.
I was in a hurry to eat, and I had every reason to be. I was hungry, and what I ordered looked really delicious, and it was! The chicken meat was succulent and tender, and the adobo sauce was flavorful. I also noticed a slight crunch in every bite of the chicken adobo, and that’s because what I ordered was actually fried chicken adobo. I love cheese, too, so the sprinkling of cheese on top of my fried chicken adobo was a happy addition to my already delightful meal. I had two full servings of rice, would you believe?
