After his Hong Kong leadership training, Justin and I went to Thailand to see his Dad who was sent there by his office on a mission. It was almost dinner time when we arrived at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri where hubby was staying.
To get the best of both worlds, we ordered the Ribs and Wings combo called Thai Spare Ribs and Fried Chicken. The spare ribs are tender and tasty pork ribs that are smoked and fermented for more than 24 hours. There are two variants: the Smoked Sweet Chili Garlic and the Thai Spicy & Sour. We chose the Smoked Sweet Chili Garlic.
For the fried chicken, diners can choose the chicken part, and we requested for chicken wings with Spicy Thai Chili sauce. We also had coleslaw for our side dish. We paired the Thai Spare Ribs and Fried Chicken with jasmine rice. Yummy!
Our son requested Crinkle Fries, and that’s what he got. He seemed to have enjoyed it a lot.
And yes, we wouldn’t leave Easy Ribs & Wings without satisfying our Thai Milk Tea craving, which didn’t disappoint. It was light, sweet and refreshing!
It didn’t take us long to finish our food because we were tired from our almost 4-hour flight from PH and wanted to rest early and also because we were already hungry by the time we arrived in Thailand.
